Knowing a little bit about both bands I thought this split would be a slightly unlikely pairing, but it turns out it's not. While Florida's Panzram have a bit more of a hardcore element to their sound, they're still very much steeped in the late 80s / early 90s-style noise rock that Shoppers deal in.
